This early 60s' Rickenbacker is one of only two made.
It is the twin of the one made for
John Lennon.
It belongs to a customer/collector who lives here in Denver. He brought it to my shop before he purchased it to see if it was the real deal and as far as
we could tell it is.
The significance of this guitar is that
it doesn't have the sound hole that was common to this model. I believe it was found somewhere
in Africa.
The red headless bass shown here was a refin.
